All beers are produced in complementary high-alcohol styles, aged in wooden barrels of different sizes and types, which previously held Bourbon or Rum. Deep ruby color, with opening notes of caramel and bourbon, followed by speculoos and dark cherry. Velvety taste of caramel biscuit, vanilla from rye barrels, and oak spices.
