Union Jack, is a reference to the colonial origins of the IPA style, and to the British co-founder of the brewery. It is dry-hopped twice to impart marked citrus, grapefruit and mandarin aromas, all perfectly contrasted by the sweetness of the light malt to contain its intensity. Amber-yellow color, fine and persistent white head. Taste with herbal, malty flavors and notes of papaya, mango, pink grapefruit and lychee, with a dry finish.
