Made with Graciano grapes from Area 51 Vineyard. The grapes, which undergo carbonic maceration to preserve their varietal aromas, are blended with a wild ale, then aged for 7 months in French oak barrels. The nose opens sweet and musky, with candied notes, wild yeast, vanilla, cinnamon, and an undertone of toasted oak. The taste is floral and delicate, with hints of candy and honeysuckle; the malty profile balances a present but never aggressive acidity. White fruits progressively give way to oak, hazelnut, and leather, with a slightly tannic and persistent finish.
