Barleywine aged in bourbon barrels with an evolved and complex profile. Produced with a rich malt base and long-aged in wood, it expresses hints of dark caramel, molasses, dried fruit, and wood, with nuances of sherry, vanilla, and sweet spices. In the glass, it presents an intense amber color with mahogany reflections. On the nose, notes of spirits-soaked fruit, caramel, and oxidative notes emerge, accompanied by bourbon and wood accents. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping: toffee, dried fruit, and a hint of liquor blend into a warm, smooth, and persistent finish, with elegant notes of wood and spice.
