A modern Pilsner produced by Firestone Walker Brewing Company, inspired by Bohemian tradition but interpreted with a contemporary approach. The beer uses Pilsner malt and noble European hops, with a clean fermentation and elegant hopping that prioritizes freshness, dryness, and drinkability. In the glass, it appears golden and brilliant, with a compact white head. On the nose, floral and herbaceous hop notes emerge, accompanied by nuances of cereal and bread crust. On the palate, it is lean and very clean: the taste evokes delicate malt, fresh hops, and a dry bitterness, with a long and refreshing finish.
