Made from aged and young lambic matured in oak barrels. 400 grams per litre of wild cherries are added to the 1-year-old lambic. The beer is then re-fermented. It then undergoes bottle re-fermentation and is matured for 2 years. Pink and cloudy in colour with a fine, pink head. Fruity aroma with notes of cherries but also wood. Deep taste reminiscent of wines such as Port and Madeira, with a persistent, tart aftertaste.
