Kriek inspired by Belgian tradition, aged in French oak barrels with Montmorency sour cherries. The nose is aromatic and complex with hints of ripe sour cherry, pie crust, toasted caramel malt, and a base of sweet spices, with notes of leather and hay. Fruity and round taste, reminiscent of cherry pie. The malt balances the acidity, with a dry and persistent finish, and a return of oak, herbs, and a funky touch.
