Rosy and veiled. 400 grams per liter of wild sour cherries ferment together with a strong, spontaneously fermented lambic, aged for 5 or 6 months in large 62-hectoliter oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and without added sugars. Aroma of leather, oak, and bitter almond. Taste with hints of red fruits, sour cherries, currants, cranberries, and vanilla.
