Blonde. Bottle conditioned. Complex, animalic hints and leather aroma. Irony and elegant woody notes. Sour-fresh taste with citrus hints of pink grapefruit, bergamot, vanilla, pineapple and muscat grape. One of the purest and most refined examples of spontaneously fermented lambic beer. To limit its bitterness, the Boon brewery produces lambic only in the colder months, between October and April. It is made with 40% un-malted wheat and 60% barley malt, aged hops and wild yeasts collected in our open vats, aged for at least three years in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and with no added sugars, Geuze Mariage Parfait can be stored for up to 20 years.
