Golden blonde, abundant and dense head. Delirium Sour is a Delirium Tremens aged in oak barrels for 18 months. It has a refreshing acidity, but with the fruity and malty characteristics of a Belgian tripel. The warmth of the alcohol and the full-bodied sweetness contrast with the acidity from spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, creating a bittersweet aftertaste reminiscent of chocolate.
