Bravissimo originated from a special variant of Bravo using chocolate rye malt. After a year of maturation in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels, this exquisite small-batch barleywine is blended with a generous amount of traditional barrel-aged Bravo. The result is an even richer, bolder, and smoother version of the classic Firestone Walker. Toffee color. Aromas of vanilla bourbon, caramel, dried fruit, and cinnamon. Strong caramel taste, slightly bitter.
